Broadside, 21 September 1871.

Broadside printed by "Owensboro Monitor Print" advertising a real estate auction for 21 lots in Livermore, McLean County, Kentucky to be held on October 14, 1871. Lots are said to be "beautifully situated near the O. & R.R.R. Station, and lying in front of the town, making them so desirable . . ." Broadside also notes that the lots are "surrounded by a highly cultivated fertile country ... destined to increase in wealth." The auction was offered by W.D. Lee and J.J. Lee.
